Service requests

We collect the contact details, service address, equipment information, message and optional photo you provide to review your request, contact you, arrange service and maintain service records. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.

How information is handled

Service requests are sent to Mazgan's Home Service Agent CRM. A copy of the request, including any optional photo, is kept in Netlify Forms. Access is limited to people and service providers involved in administering your request and service. We do not sell your contact information.

Service assistant

Guided service help runs in your browser. When live AI is active, your chat messages are sent to OpenAI through our server to generate a response. Do not enter personal details, service addresses, or payment details into chat. Chat is not an emergency channel and does not access customer records. Request storage is disabled in our AI API calls. Provider processing and retention policies still apply.

Retention and requests

We retain service information for business administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, submit the service form and choose Other. We verify your identity before releasing or changing your information. Deletion is subject to required recordkeeping.
